I handle contactless attendance, OSH and alcohol tests before entering the workplace; I measure body temperature and can also monitor attendance using the face recognition tool.
People
I solve contactless attendance, remote legislation training and workplace alcohol tests once and for all. I also arrange an attendance terminal and combine all the components into one application.
In the case of a positive alcohol test or absence from legislation training, the employee is denied workplace access. The module exports the required data and statistics, records presence and absence and monitors overtime. It identifies employees with badges, mobile phones and fingerprints, conducts on-site OSH training, ensures occupational safety, reports, field registration, collects employee contact information, and approves attendance modifications by an authorised person. It enables workers access to all their own regulations they have ever prepared and to the archive of their reports. It records the loan history and the current status of the tools provided, organises tool transfer between employees.

In the People module, Adam perfectly cooperates with other modules for which it is needed.
This module is a messenger among employees, centres, roles, workplaces and persons. It creates and updates on-line personal cards, to which it has unique on-line access. It is an administrator of all permissions, accesses and rights of persons at the workplaces.

After entering data about the person and other necessary information, all your on-line sites will be accessible for this person in combination with other modules. An employee can refuel the machine at the gas station going directly from the HR Department without delay and on-line.

What we need to have in the workplace before starting to install a module:
- Attendance terminal - fixed or mobile
